In-Kind Donations Update

Updated April 2, 2018

Now that the bombing threat has passed, The Salvation Army will once again be receiving in kind donations at our two emergency shelters. We are grateful that our community is past this horror, and we thank God.

We welcome your donations of clothing for our emergency shelter clothing closets. The individuals and families who come to us often come with nothing more than the clothes on their backs. Your clothing donations help them get back on their feet again.

The Salvation Army is always concerned with the safety of its clients, customers and staff. Therefore, due to recent package bombings in proximity to our shelters, The Salvation Army will not be accepting in-kind donations at our two emergency shelters or our administrative offices in Austin until further notice.

We WILL continue to accept in-kind donations at our four local Family Stores.  Please check back on social media and at our website for updates.
