The Salvation Army Williamson County Service Center assists all residences of Williamson County.
EMERGENCY FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE – Clients may apply for rent or utility assistance for a crisis not COVID related.
Clients must live within the Williamson County service area. We do not accept walk-ins. You must be referred by a Salvation Army partnering agency or other Williamson County social services provider. Once you have submitted the form, please call the Williamson County Service Center at 512-943-8421 to confirm that they received your form or if you have any questions. Emergency Financial Assistance services are provided as a supplement to other agencies. Each agency sets its own guidelines when sending referrals.
COVID-19 FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE– Please note that for COVID-19 related financial assistance, the county is divided BY ZIP CODES into four (4) agencies as shown below. The COVID-19 program falls under the CARES Act, specifically “WILCO FORWARD” for Williamson County.

As the largest provider of emergency shelter in Central Texas, annually we serve more than 10,000 men, women, and children with shelter, addiction rehabilitation, clothing, meals, holiday support, and direct client assistance. We case manage hundreds from crisis to stability and self-sufficiency.
